Please remember that this gives an indication of Fiber rich foods, or foods high in Fiber. For example 100g of Corn bran, crude contains 79 g of Fiber. However, this is not the only consideration when assessing your nutritional requirements and Fiber in your diet.

To follow a high Fiber diet, you should also consider portion sizes. For example dried oregano has 42g of fiber in 100g of food but a portion size would be much smaller than 100 g, or 42g of fiber in foods.
