Ingredients:

 1/2  c  Finely chopped cucumber 
 2  c  Low-fat plain yogurt 
 1  ts  dill weed 
 1/2  ts  salt 
 1/2  ts  garlic powder 
 1/4  ts  paprika 

Preparation for Low Fat and Healthy Dip for artichokes Recipe:

Mix all ingredients except paprika. Sprinkle mixture with paprika. Chill.
Serve with hot or cold cooked artichokes.
