 1   chicken; cut up 
   salt and 
   pepper to taste 
 1  md  onion; chopped 
 2   Cloves garlic; chopped 
 1  pk  Frozen okra 
   tomato; optional 
 14  c  water 

Preparation for Low Fat and Healthy Chicken okra gumbo Recipe:

Remove skin from chicken; season with salt and pepper. Place garlic and
onion in a pot with raw chicken. Add water; heat to a boil. Add tomato and
okra. Cook until chicken is tender. Serve over rice.
