 2   chicken breasts; 
   halved and skinned 
 3  tb  lemon juice 
 1/4  ts  pepper 
 1/2  ts  Poultry seasoning 
 2  ts  paprika 
 2  tb  Worcestershire sauce 
 10  dr  tabasco 
 1/4  c  water 
 4   Artichoke hearts 
   parmesan cheese 

Preparation for Low Fat and Healthy Spicy chicken and artichokes Recipe:

Place chicken breasts, meat side up, in a 9 inch square pan. Mix these
ingredients and pour over chicken: lemon juice, pepper, poultry seasoning,
paprika, Worcestershire, Tabasco and water. Cut artichoke hearts in half
and place 2 halves on each breast. Coat well with Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle
a light coating of paprika on chicken. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to 1
hour, uncovered.
