 2  sl  Light whole wheat bread 
 2  oz  Turkey luncheon meat; (fat free) 
 1  sl  Fat free swiss cheese 
   or summer squash sliced; (cooked) or any veggie of choice, eg portabello mushroom 
   Sliced tomatoes 

Preparation for Low Fat and Healthy Turkey sandwich Recipe:

Spread on the bread some fat free mayo and mustard of your choice.
Put all the ingredients on the bread and then put the other slice of bread.
Spray a skillet with pam and place sandwich. Cook on Moderate heat, so that
the tomato and other veggies will be warm and cheese melted. When toasted
on both sides. Serve and eat.
