 1/2  c  Fat Free ricotta ricotta cheese 
 3  oz  Fat Free cheese, cream, cream cheese 
 1/4  c  Nonfat yogurt, yogurt 
 2   Cloves Roasted garlic, Raw garlic* 
 1  tb  Fresh chives; Chopped 
 1  tb  Fresh basil; Chopped** 
 1  tb  Fresh parsley; Chopped 
 1/8  ts  salt 
 1/8  ts  Ground black Pepper 
 8  sl  Whole Grain Bread 
   Or Bagels 
   Shredded Lettuce 
   Shredded Fresh spinach, spinach 
   Spicy Sprouts 
   Bell red and green peppers; sliced in rings 
   Red Or/And White onions onions; sliced in rings 
   tomatoes; sliced 

Preparation for Low Fat and Healthy Cream cheese spread Recipe:

In a bowl mix together the cheeses, yogurt, garlic, herbs, salt and pepper
until smooth. Spread mixture on 4 slices of bread or bagels. Top with
sliced vegetables and remaining bread.
*Original recipe calls for 1 clove of garlic, crushed. ** 1 teaspoon dried
basil can be substituted for fresh.
