Preparation for Low Fat and Healthy Cream cheese spread Recipe:
In a bowl mix together the cheeses, yogurt, garlic, herbs, salt and pepperuntil smooth. Spread mixture on 4 slices of bread or bagels. Top with
sliced vegetables and remaining bread.
*Original recipe calls for 1 clove of garlic, crushed. ** 1 teaspoon dried
basil can be substituted for fresh.
