Ingredients:

 1  c  evap evaporated milk; skim 
 1/3  c  Granulated sugar replacement 
 1  ea  egg 
 1  T  wheat Flour, flour 
 2  T  margarine, Regular margarine 
 2  t  vanilla extract 
 3/4  c  Unsweetened coconut 
 1/3  c  Chopped pecans 

Preparation for Low Fat and Healthy Coconut pecan frosting Recipe:

Combine all but pecans and vanilla in a saucepan.Cook and stir on low
heat till mixture thickens.Remove from heat.Stir in vanilla and
pecans.Let cool slightly.Frost cake while warm.
