 1  c  Hunts no salt tomato sauce 
 1  tb  Worcestershire sauce 
 3  ds  tabasco 
 1  c  water 
 1/4  c  Vinegar 
 1  ts  sugar or 2 packets of equal 
 1  ts  Celery seed 
 1  ts  Dried onion 
 1/4  ts  Liquid smoke 

Preparation for Low Fat and Healthy Barbeque sauce (no salt) Recipe:

Combine all ingredients. Heat to boiling, then simmer 30 minutes.
Optional: add a squeeze or two of lime juice.
