 1  lb  Ground turkey 
 2  tb  vegetable oil 
 1   onion -- chopped 
 2   garlic cloves -- minced 
 3   tomatoes -- peeled and 
 6  oz  tomato paste 
 2  tb  oregano -- chopped 
 1  tb  Fresh basil -- chopped 
 1  c  Red wine -- dry 
   black pepper -- to taste 

Preparation for Low Fat and Healthy Turkey lasagna sauce Recipe:

1. Heat oil in heavy skillet with lid; saute onion and garlic for 4-5
minutes until limp. Add turkey and cook, breaking up meat, until no pink
color remains.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer for 1 hour. Add
a small amount of water if sauce appears to be getting too dry.
3. Let stand 15 minutes before serving over spaghetti.
