Ingredients:

    ---Mix in bowl --- 
 1  lg  Mashed banana (or 2small) 
 1/4  c  Unsweetened applesauce 
 1/4  c  molasses 
 1/4  c  Raspberry preserves/jam* 
 1  c  Soy/rice milk 
 1/8  c  brown sugar
 1  c  raisins 
 2  c  Raw bran 
    ---Sift in a small bowl--- 
 1 1/4  c  flour 
 3  ts  baking powder 
 1  ts  Soda 
 1/2  ts  salt 
 1  ds  Cinammon 

Preparation for Low Fat and Healthy Banana and apple muffins Recipe:

Add to wet ingredients. Mix well. Pour into greased (I used Pam) muffin
tins, bake at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes.
