Ingredients:

 12  oz  Dry fettucini 
 2  c  evap evaporated milk; skim 
 4   Cloves garlic, Raw garlic -- minced or 
 6  tb  Grated parmesan parmesan cheese 
 1/4  c  Chopped fresh parsley 
   Ground pepper to taste 
 2  c  Chopped and steamed vegetables of choice 

Preparation for Low Fat and Healthy Fettucini alfredo 2 Recipe:

Cook pasta according to directions. Drain. Place pasta in a large nontick
saute' pan along with milk and garlic. Bring to a simmer, stirring
frequently. Add cheese. Continue cooking until cheese melts and sauce
thickens. Stir in parsley and black pepper. Add steamed vegetables. Use
carrots broccoli onions peas,beans.
