Preparation for Low Fat and Healthy Creme caramel Recipe:
Heat oven to 350. In saucepan combine 1/2 c sugar and water boil untilmedium-brown. Place 1 tb in each of 6 custard cups. In a bowl mix eggs,
whites, milk, syrup, sugar and salt. Strain into cups. Place cups in baking
pan and add water to reach 1/2" up cups. Bake 35-40 min until knife comes
out clean.
