| 2 | pk | (8-oz) fatfree cream cheese |
| 2 | tb | flour |
| 1/4 | c | Skim milk |
| 1/2 | c | egg substitute |
| 6 | pk | Equal |
| 2 | ts | lemon juice |
| 1 | ts | vanilla |
Preparation:
Preheat oven 350 deg. Using mixer on low speed, combine flour and milk. Addcream cheese. Increase speed to medium, add egg sub, Equal, vanilla and
lemon juice. Pour into crust. Bake for 40 min or until center is set.
Refrigerate before serving.
