Ingredients:

 1/2  c  Snipped dried figs figs 
 1/2  c  Chopped dates 
 1/2  c  Chopped prunes 
 1  c  Crushed pineapple pineapple, raw 
 1  c  Dark raisins, seed raisins 
 2  c  Chopped apples, apple (1 med. size) 
 1/2  c  Chopped walnuts, walnuts 
 1/2  c  orange juice orange juice 
 2  c  Whole wheat wheat flour, flour 
 1/2  c  Wheat germ, toasted 
 1  tb  baking powder 
 1  ts  baking soda baking soda 
 1  ts  Ground cinnamon 
 1/2  ts  Ground nutmeg 
 2   eggs 

Preparation for Low Fat and Healthy Fruitcake Recipe:

Combine the figs, dates, prunes, pineapple, raisins, apple, walnuts,
and orange juice in a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and mix
well.
Pour into a lightly oiled 10 inch tube pan. Bake in 350 F oven for
40 to 50 minutes.
