Ingredients:

 1   Fryer Chicken, broilers or fryers, breast chicken;(2 1/2 to 3 pounds), cut into serving pieces, skin removed 
 1/4  c  water; 
 1/4  c  Vinegar; 
 3  tb  oil, vegetable vegetable oil; 
 1/2  c  Chili sauce;or catsup 
 3  tb  Worcestershire sauce 
 1  ts  Dry mustard 
 1/2  ts  pepper; 
 1 1/2  ts  salt; 
 2  tb  onions onion; chopped (optional) 

Preparation for Low Fat and Healthy Oven barbecued chicken Recipe:

Preheat oven to 350* (moderate). Combine all ingedients except
chicken in saucepan, place over heat, and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
Place chicken in a large baking pan. Pour half of the barbecue sauce
over chicken and bake, uncovered, for about 45-60 minutes. Baste with
remaining barbecue sauce every 15 minutes during cooking.
