Ingredients:

 1/2  c  Fresh cauliflower florets 
 1/2  c  Fresh broccoli florets 
 1/2  c  Thinly sliced yellow squash 
 1/4  c  Thinly sliced zucchini 
 1/4  c  Diagonally sliced carrots, carrot 
 1/4  c  White wine vinegar 
 1/2  t  garlic, Raw garlic powder 
 3/4  t  Chili oil 
 1/2  t  oil, vegetable vegetable oil 

Preparation for Low Fat and Healthy Hot & spicy marinated vegetables Recipe:

Combine first 5 ingredients; set aside. Combine rest of ingredients;
stir well. Pour over vegetable; tossgently to coat. Cover and
marinate in refrigerator at least 8 hours, tossing occasionally.
Serve with a slotted spoon.
