Ingredients:

 2  sm  apples, apples; chopped, leave peel on 
 2/3  c  Nonfat dry milk powder 
 1 1/2  oz  Uncooked oatmeal 
 2  tb  Smooth peanut butter 
   Artificial sweetener to equal 4 tsp. sugar 
 1  ts  vanilla flavoring 
 1/2  ts  baking powder 
 1  ts  Apple pie spice 

Preparation for Low Fat and Healthy Oatmeal peanut butter bars Recipe:

Combine all ingredients. Spray 8 inch pan with Pam. Press mixture into pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool and cut into squares. Great
breakfast bar.
