Ingredients:

 2   eggs 
 1  tb  sugars sugar 
 1/4  ts  Ground nutmeg 
 2 1/2  c  Cooked broad noodles, egg noodles 
 1  tb  oil, vegetable vegetable oil 
 1  c  Unsweetened apple juice apple juice 
 1/2  c  raisins, seed raisins 
 1/4  c  Chopped walnuts, walnuts or pecans 

Preparation for Low Fat and Healthy Loshen kugel (noodle pudding) Recipe:

Beat the eggs and sugar until fluffy. Add the remaining other
ingredients, except the nuts. Pour into a well oiled 2 qt casserole
dish or an 8 inch baking pan. sprinkle on the nuts. Bake in a 350 F
oven for 40 to 50 minutes or until browned.
