Our Yoga Holidays Centre is situated in the wild and romantic landscape of Aude, between the
Mediterranean coast and the Pyrenees, near the spanish border, aside of villages and cities. About one hour drive from Carcassonne.
We offer weekly Yoga Holidays including Ashtanga Yoga, Vini Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation. An impressive, quiet place (18 acres) in pure, unspoiled nature only surrounded by old oak forest, meadows and a fantastic view.
Away from the stress and pollution of city-life, you can share with us a community based on a healthy, simple, family-friendly, eco-centred and yoga lifestyle in a harmonious atmosphere.
Our Yoga Holidays is a place to develop your daily yoga practice, supported by experienced teachers. Spoil yourself with different kinds of massage treatments, enjoy our organic vegetarian food, walk through beautiful nature, or simply relax in the hammock.
